Lake Rhona is located on the Dennison Rage in South west Tasmania. Even though this beautiful glacial lake is relatively remote, the walk to an camping at the lake is becoming increasingly popular. Access is gained via the north-south orientated Gordon Valley “the Vale”. Images of Lake Rhona and her surrounding mountains were used to promote the area being expanded into the Tasmanian World Heritage area (TWHA).

Sally and I hiked into Lake Rhona late 2023 for a few nights. These are a small collection of images from that trip.
